Welcome to Divine Relax – Positano Holistic Wellness Center. To offer you an impeccable wellness experience, we invite you to read our terms and conditions for online bookings.

Booking Confirmation
After receiving your booking request, we will send a confirmation with the day, time and cost of the chosen treatment. If the day and/or time requested are not available, we will contact you to arrange a new date and time that is convenient for you.

Payment in advance
To finalize the reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount of the treatment is required by bank transfer. The bank transfer details will be provided with the reservation confirmation.

In caso di necessità di modifica o cancellazione, si prega di avvisare con almeno 24 ore di anticipo. La mancata comunicazione entro i tempi indicati potrebbe comportare la perdita dell’acconto versato.

Delays and Absences
Please arrive on time to respect other clients’ appointments. In case of delay, the treatment time may be reduced or, if we consider that the remaining time does not allow for adequate service, we may cancel the reservation. Any absences without prior notice or communicated less than 24 hours in advance, as well as any delays that do not allow for the treatment to be carried out, will result in the loss of the deposit paid, which will not be refunded.
